Refund Policy
At Next Extreme we strive for 100% satisfaction with every order.
If your purchase is not completely satisfactory, you can easily return it within 30 days of receipt via our online return portal.

Returns are handled through our return portal:

Follow the steps to register your return, download the shipping label, and send your package back. Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Return conditions
To process your return quickly, the following conditions apply:

You may try on items as you would in a store.

Items should be returned, if possible, in their original condition and packaging.

Labels must still be attached to the product.

Return costs are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

If an item has been used more than necessary to assess it, depreciation may be applied.
Exchange
Would you like to receive a different size or color?
When registering in the return portal, select the option Exchange so we can process this for you immediately.
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded within 10 business days via the same payment method used for the order.
Exceptions

Personalized products cannot be returned.

Digital gift cards can only be returned if they have not yet been redeemed.

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
