We offer free shipping (with Track & Trace) on orders from the following amounts:
Netherlands, Belgium & Germany: free shipping from €100
Other EU countries: free shipping from €150
United Kingdom: free shipping from €250
Scandinavia: free shipping from €225
Australia & New Zealand: free shipping from €350
Other countries outside Europe: free shipping from €400
For orders below these amounts, standard shipping costs will be charged.
The exact shipping costs are automatically calculated and shown during checkout.
Processing & Shipping
Orders placed on working days before 12:00 noon are shipped the same working day.
Orders placed after 12:00 noon, on weekends or public holidays, are processed the next working day.
All orders are shipped with a Track & Trace code.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive shipping updates via Sendcloud by email.

We ship with PostNL and DHL, depending on the destination and shipping method.
The delivery times below are indicative and may differ in exceptional cases.
Netherlands & Belgium: in most cases the next working day
Germany: usually 1–2 working days
Other Europe: about 3–7 working days
Outside Europe: about 5–10 working days
During busy periods, holidays, weather conditions, or customs checks, delivery may take longer than stated.
