To use the 30-day free trial, items must meet the following conditions:

Unwashed and undamaged

With all original tags intact

Clean, neatly folded, and not wrinkled

Not returned inside out

Not stuffed or compressed in the bag
Place the items carefully back in the packaging as you received them.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or (partially) refunded.

The 30-day free trial does not apply to:

Items with obvious signs of wear or damage

Damage caused by incorrect washing or improper use

Items without tags or hygiene labels

Unhygienic or carelessly returned items
